PHP triad uninstalled and wampserver installed but however the wampserver doesn't seem to work

I had installed PHP triad but I prefer wamp server. but however the wampserver doesn't seem to work even after I have uninstalled PHP triad. the red icon stays as it is while the notification says server online.....Any kind of help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Install TeamViewer and I will troubleshoot for you.

Install TV, then run it.

Send me a Private Message containing the TV ID and PASSWORD so I can connect.
Leave TV running as it will change the password each time you restart it.
