queries executing very slow from sql file

I'm using wamp 2.2e. When I restore a dump file using mysql yog, restoration process is fast. But when I execute the same sql from php, it's very slow, for 5mins process it's taking more than 30mins. Please help on this issue. I'm using windows 7, and the db type is innodb

Try changing the connection to use 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost.
