Lost DB

I had wampserver 64bits. I had a little problem to get a conection with MS SQL DB. I read about fixing this problem with wampserver32bits so I change the name of the folder where I had 64 bits version and I installed 32bits version.

Now I have the following problem, I've lost the databases and I cannot run the old folder wampserver. Is there any change to get my databases back?

yes change folder back to wamp

start the exe in that folder

left click wamp icon> apache> service remove

left click wamp icon> apache> service > install



left click wamp icon> mysql> service remove

left click wamp icon> mysql> service > install


left click wamp> restart all services



next time , export db in phpmyadmin before doing that
