Which version do I need to download?

I'm a totally new person on this. I just started to learn about Joomla at school.
Since I'm using pc at home, I'm trying to download and install Wamp for Joomla on my computer but there are too many versions of Wamp and addons. In Mamp's case, I just downloaded one file in my Mac at school and that's it. In Wamp's case, I really don't know where to start.
Download Wampserver (64 bits & PHP 5.3) 2.2E
Download Wampserver (64 bits & Apache 2.4) 2.2E
Download Wampserver (64 bits & PHP 5.4) 2.2E
Addons
Apache, PHP, MYSQL, BETA Addons
Which one of the list above, should I download and install?
My computer is Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

Go to joomla site and see which and apache mysql and php they support
Probably best to use a x32 version even on a x64 machine
