WampServer

Hello.
Im new to this wamp. and im also new to php.
I have been learning php online by myself at webpage home and learn.
while I been learning, there are a few problem that disturbing me.

here are a few problems that I have :
1. the wamp symbol is orange in colour. (but sometimes its red)
2. when I type localhost at browser to test my php, it was not running my php script but instead its directing me to windows Internet Information Services (IIS) or http error 404.0-not found

What should I do?
Please help me..

Secondly, I may not know about php but judging by what you posted I'd say 1 or more servers are not able to run. You can fix this by following this websites instructions:

[www.simonewebdesign.it]

If you still have problems after this refer back to this post and I may add further instructions. Make sure you read about what your trying to do before you do it, or you won't have a server.

push windows button, type 'turn windows feature on or off' , click to open, look for iis, uncheck it, click ok.
