WampServer

i have changed the port from 80 to 443 but i cant get the wampserver index page on my browser .

this is what i did. I am a beginner

#Listen 12.34.56.78:443
Listen 443

iam installing a wamp server on my computer for the first time and the instructions are that iam supposed to change the listening port because i have installed visual studio on computer and as such will iam like to experience problems as the localhost at port 80 is used by the windows server (IIS). to rectify this problem iam told change but when i make changes i cant still get the wampserver index page on my web browser
