WampServer

When attempting to open the menu to view functions of the wamp server I get nothing when I try to open it for example with a screen reader called nvda it says unknown and tabbing or using the arrow keys do not give any results so I need to alt tab away from it to get unstuck I am trying to akksess the menu so I can see on wy wampserver is not starting on the system tray it says 1 of 2 survaces running server is offline anyone have any fixes for this I have my sql installed I am able to restart wampserver from only my sqls menu on the system tray
