how easy is it to upgrade myphpadmin?

I am using wamp as my local host and see an alert :
A newer version of phpMyAdmin is available and you should consider upgrading. The newest version is 3.5.8.1, released on 2013-04-24.

I'm afraid to do anything without some advise.

Unless you actually need something it doe sthat this version does not, dont bother
