mysqld: Usage Cache MYISAM Tables

Hi,
RiggsFolly mentions to set the table_definition_cache = 600
This wonderful tip reduced the usage, in my case, to 118 MB from 427 MB.
I would however like to know how far can I reduce the cache since I have not used any MYISAM tables. I am not even using a database actively on my testing environment for Dreamweaver.
