i can't access localhost on windows 10

i just upgrage my windows from window8 to window 10, and i have been trying to access localhost on my browser but it is displaying

Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost.

If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
