Dear All,

Can anyone help?

My details are as folows:

1 - Windows 32 bit
2 - Version WampServer 2.5
3 - Apache Version 2.4.9
4 - PHP Version 5.5.12
5 - MySQL Version 5.6.17
6 - WampServer icon Green
7 - Web browser Google Chrome (Version 46.0.2490.86 m)

I am using Webmatrix 3 with the following info:

Version 3.0

WebMatrix: 7.1.1934.0
IIS Express: 10.0.10117.0
.NET Framework: 4.6.127.1 built by: NETFXREL3STAGE
Web Deploy: 7.1.1955.0
Web Platform Installer: 7.1.50430.0
ASP.NET Web Pages: 2.0.20715.0

I was previewing my web page and was working until i added a second page and received the following error message:

HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden
The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.

Most likely causes:
A default document is not configured for the requested URL, and directory browsing is not enabled on the server.

I have searched my PC for IIS Express installer, inetmgr.exe, which does not appear to be installed.
Does anyone have any ideas how I can rectify this.

Many thanks in advance

Matt

Both IIS and Apache are WEBSERVERS

Therefore they will bot try and use port 80 (the default port for a web server)

Try stopping IIS before attempting to use Apache

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Windows 10 Pro 64bit) (Wampserver 3.3.4 64bit) Aestan Tray Menu 3.2.5.4
<Apache versions MULTIPE> <PHP versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Versions MULTIPLE>
<MariaDB versions MULTIPLE> <phpMyAdmin versions MULTIPLE> <MySQL Workbench 8.0.23>

Read The Manuals Apache -- MySQL -- PHP -- phpMyAdmin
Get your Apache/MySQL/mariaDB/PHP ADDONs here from the WAMPServer alternate Repo
