When I fire up my default localhost, I get the WAMP5 welcome page on my system, but with the following three error messages on the bottom:

Warning: opendir(../apache2/conf/alias/): failed to open dir: Invalid argument in D:\www\index.php on line 211

Warning: readdir(): supplied argument is not a valid Directory resource in D:\www\index.php on line 214

Warning: closedir(): supplied argument is not a valid Directory resource in D:\www\index.php on line 221
No Alias yet.
To create a new one, use the WAMP5 menu.

I installed wamp to D:/wamp
My rootdir for web is D:/www
(I moved what was in the folder D:/wamp/www to D:/www, but this was only three files: indek.php, logo_1.gif and dossier.gif)

You need to make changes to index.php since the path to your apache2 directory from your documentroot is not ../apache2

It's great if next version WAMP can change this setting automatically.
