WampServer

I have been building a website on my local machine. I want to test it on a server using Windows 2008 r2. I am trying to develop an Intranet for my small company and want to test this on a server machine that can be accessed within the company.

I am not sure where all I need to do to set up the domain name in Apache. Please help with this. Is it done in httpd.conf? If so what parameters do I need to set? etc.
