wamp and joomla

im using the last version of wamp i installed joomla in local i can view the website normal but if my friends are trying to access the page its very slow and they only see text without gfx i tested also a simple html page with pics that works fine what would be the problem?

a network problem. See the configuration of your rooter, firewall, ...?
