Hi there,
I am 100% new here.
I am trying to install WAMP, by the time the installation is finished, an error message comes.
Programme can't start because the following files are missing:
icuu49.dll
OCI.dll
libcs.dll
php-mbstring.dll
I have reinstalled the software few times, still the same! I didn’t install any other packages.
I have tried on win vista & xp, same issue.
Can you please let me know where to get them? I am desperate now.

Did you read the install notes and the STICKY in the message list about installing the VC++ 2008 AND VC++ 2010 runtimes??

Yes. Both are installed prior to WAMP installation

Can you check that you have the correct versions please.
The 2008 SP1 runtime can be found here
