php file starts downloading

I have a very strange problem and it must be the server thats doing it. the same script exact are used on diffrent websites but on some of them it starts to download the file insted of open it.
it is a php file that is called in an iframe and on some of the websites the browser wants to download it as a document but the headers still said php file

Resource interpreted as Document but transferred with MIME type application/x-httpd-php:
and it is the php file in the iframe that it is starting to download.
Has that happeded to anybody else and did you find the problem?
