No access from local network

Hello,
I installed MediaWiki and TikiWiki on "localhost" in the same folder - www. They work fine from where I installed them, but while I can start TikiWiki from other PC of our local net the MediaWiki writes "This webpage is not available. ... might be tempopary down... ERROR 103". What can be the problem here?

p.s. Do I need to create a Virtual Host for this?
