Best platform for WAMP and Joomla

New to wamp. Just wondering what windows platform is most stable for my installation of Joomla 2.5. Is there one that is more stable, or better than the other?

Vista. And 7 are best suited provided you are an admin user but it works on any version after millennium or server 2000
