wampser download problem

I am trying to download wampserver (32 bits & php 5.3) 2.2E. When I try to download it I get a warning message telling me that I must install Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package x86 or x64. Having downloaded and installed this package I still cannot get to the wamp download as the same Visual C++ download warning page keeps appearing. Can anyone guide me on what might be going wrong here please?

Try a reboot
