i can't install apache service due to port 80

i won't be able to install apache service at my PC. When i test Port 80 for apache. Itshows me your port 80 is not actually used. and then i go to install apache service. It shows me your port 80 is available. Install will proceed. and then when i press entered. It shows me httpd.exe error.
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

Please help me to solve this problem..

in my own little battle to get wamp installed i discovered that several services including www publishing services or IIS and also web deployment services need to be stopped try netstat -a at the command prompt to look for listening on port 80
