subdirectories files not run

Hi exerts,
I have tried my best to find a solution for my problem which is this message(Unable to open WampServer's config file, please change path in index.php file)
I found some solution but none working properly. My question how can I run my php scripts under
this new directory wamp\www\Projects\Site1as I did with old wamp server versions under XP OS. Old wamp server versions runs well without more configurations. I am running wamp server 32bit (Apache 2.2.22 – Mysql 5.5.24 – PHP 5.3.13) under windows 7 64bit.

Did you copy the c:\wamp\www\index.php file into your new folder?
If you did then delete it and replace it with the index.php file for your individual projects.
