Migration

I've already got Apace2 installed, with PHP 4, MySQL 4 and so forth.

I would like to install WAMP and transfer the sites, what would be suggested?

A Wiki, Forums and a Blog all sit on the site all using MySQL. I can easily backup those installs and can migrate Apache configs to the new install. Can I install WAMP along side my existing install to migrate?

Lots of questions. Any clues? Sorry to be so general, just putting that out there.
