Use without Installation

Unless I missed it somewhere, can I use Wamp without installation? I use XAMPP on my second drive (D) with the no installation method. I just simply unzip, put it into my D drive, and start up the mysql and apache. Can Wampp do this?

No it can't, the paths are written in the files at install time.
