Trouble Recognizing Changes

Is there any known issues with ramp recogonizing changes in the www folder? I've updated code before and WAMP tried to run my site like the old code was still in the files. I had transferred the files over a number of times, even wiped out the www folder, and did the transfer again. It takes a clean uninstall and reinstall to make it recognize changes. I'm not sure what's going on. I'm suspecting this is happening again, as I'm not getting a number of alerts that I've placed in various places... I've never had this issue over the years until know. Not sure if there's been changes in WAMP's code, or what...

Thanks,
Jeremy.
