Wampserver is online(Green) but notworking

HEllo
Wampserver was working fine before i restart the computer When i again log on to my computer it seems not to be working but it still shows the green icon and stays online i dont know whats happened to it i had this problem 2nd time 1st time stevenmartin Solved my problem i dont know how he did it....
Something Got corrupted from windows file he recover it by cmd i dont know how please help
