WampServer

When I check again I have the same text. When I change port from 80 t0 8080 in httpd.conf, nothing happens
Wampserver icon is yellow.

I don't know maybe php.ini ?

No when I said Check again. I mean Check MYSQL. As thet message means Apache is up and running and therefore so is PHP.

This only leaves MYSQL. Look in the MYSQL error log and in the System Event Viewer for Error messages from MYSQL

When I open MYSQL log I have message; There can't find MYSQL.log. Do You want to create new file.


In event viewer I have:


Can't create test file c:\usr\MYSQL\data\Krzysztof1.lower-test

Can't find messagefile 'c:\usr\MYSQL\share\polish\errmsg.sys'

Do you have more than one MYSQL installed on your PC?

Do a search for the my.ini file in your c:\windows folder and any subfolders, if you find one rename it to my.ini.old

I found my.ini in folder Windows. I change it. Icon Wampserver is still yellow. PHPerrorlogshows the same error.
MYSQLlog is empty and I have question do you want to create it ?

I have also my.ini in
C:\Users\Krzysio\Documents\VertrigoServ Backup Files\Configs

In

C:\Users\Krzysio\Documents\VertrigoServ Backup Files\data\mysql there isn't my.ini

I said do a search, using Explorer for any my.ini files that exist ANYWHERE in the C:\Windows folder or ANY of its subfolders.

I found only my.ini in folder Windows. In another place there's no this file.

If you find a `my.ini` file anywhere outside the \wamp\ folder then rename it or delete it.

Then restart WAMPServer, see if that fixes you issue

The icon wampserver after delete my.ini is still yellow

If you have a decent internet connection speed, I can connect up with you using TeamViewer if you like?

If so, download TeamViewer from this page [www.teamviewer.com] and click the "Join remote control session" lnk, it will download an exe. Run that exe and it will show you an ID and a PASSWORD

Using a Private Message (link for this is on the post menu) send me the ID and PASSWORD. I will link up to you and we can have a look at this problem together.
