WampServer

Hi,

On Windows 8/Windows server 2012, the tray menu (left click) does not display properly on the display area/Viewport. The menus etc open properly, but get obscured as they always open to the right. Because of this, it is not possible to use the menu to switch php versions, add/remove modules etc. (I understand this could be a limitation imposed by AeTrayMenu and not WampServer.. but I am unable to contact the author).

I hope this can be fixed soon.

can you send me a screen shot?

i know the AeTrayMenu programmer, ill pass it on if it is correct, i presume you have used it on XP, 7 etc and know how it should look. iv used it on many 8 pre versions with out a prorblem, so please send screen shot and exact build number of 8

Finally, I stumbled upon the solution to this:

Checking the "use XP style scaling" box (under DPI options) fixed the menu problem for me! The submenus work as expected now.

What graphics card are you using? this is usually ticked...
