Webgrind Forbidden

I just installed wamp today, and it all went smoothly. after installing it said that phpmyadmin was missing the mysqli extension, so I Googled how to fix it, and it worked. After fixing that when I went to phpmyadmin, it gave me a page that said that it is forbidden, so again I googled and fixed it. now it's telling me that webgrind is forbidden, I searched across multiple sites, this one included (http://forum.wampserver.com/read.php?2,81437,85256), and got a few fixes but none of them worked for me. I was wondering what I'm missing here, can anyone help, I would appreciate it.
