Localhost not loading, icon orange

Title pretty much says it all. I've downloaded the 64 bit wamp server with apache, installed it, and localhost won't load. I checked the ports, and no other program is using port 80. Any suggestions?

is apache using port 80? if its not, dont look at localhost

what errors are you getting when trying to start the apache service

Looks like I hadn't actually installed the apache service. Everything is running fine now!
