WampServer

I have WAMP5 1.6.0 .... I've successfully downloaded some PEAR packages. However, there is one package (Services_Ebay) that requires the Curl extension. I've enabled the extension (it's checked on the extensions menu and it's code in the PHP.INI) ..... however, the PEAR installed doesn't seem to "see" it. I'm brand new to WAMP5 so I might be missing something.

Anyone have any ideas?
