WAMP problem with Webmatrix and IIS

When I install Web Matrix , WAMP is already running , next time I restart my Laptop then WAMP is not working but Web Matrix is working for PHP with Dream-weaver.
My problem is I don't how to operate my web project which database registered in MYSQL of WAMP the who database and and my website is connected to wamp.
That;s why I un-install IIS and Web-matrix , but wamp is still not working.
Please help me.
Also I want o use Wamp from D drive so at any time my window crash , my code will be in safe place.
