Video stream times out?

I've noticed since setting up my Wamp server that all the video I stream through it stops at pretty much the exact same time every video. It will immediately let me restart the video, but then I have to seek to the point it stopped. Is there any way to prevent this? I've (obviously) been unsuccessful in finding documentation for this.

what makes you think its something to do with wamp? i doubt it is to be honest.. i cant see any reason why...

There is nothing else I could think of. It times out at (as far as I can tell) at the exact same time each time, and not just for me. I've had a couple friends test it too with multiple videos. They've had the same results. I'm completely open to possibility of it being unrelated to WAMP, but I don't know where to begin if it's not.
