Non Thread safe php

I want to configure non thread safe php in wamp 2.2. I just installed nts php in c:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.18
and in httpd.conf changed the LoadModule php5_module to "c:/wamp/bin/php/php5.3.18/php5.dll" but apache is not runing. please give me the steps to configure it.
