how to correct this problem my pc wont let me download wmap. It says:
php startup:unable to load dynamic library c:/wamp/bin/php/php5.512/ext/php_intl.dll the specified module could not be found.

You cannot have received that error unless WAMPServer was successfully downloaded AND installed AND running!!!!

Try this fix: Using the wampmanager icon menus

wampmanager -> APache -> Version -> 2.4.9 ( Click on the version number )

This will cause WAMPServer to refresh the SYMLINKS and restart Apache. The error should now not happen again.
