NO! You need to point the domain name to your
routers WAN ip address. Not you internal network ip address.
The address 192.168.1.131 is not addressable from the internet, thats why they are called local network addresses, they are safe because I cannot address that ip from anywhere outside your local network. Everybody that owns a router has a local ip address 192.168.1.131
So change the domain ip address to your Routers WAN IP Address.
