I am facing same problem of access denied.

#2002 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
The server is not responding (or the local server's socket is not correctly configured).
It was working before but today it stopped working, I uninstall wamp 2-3 time and change all the setting as google search suggested, but no help so far. Can you please help me in this? I am very upset with this.
