Error in installing wampserver (latest version)

I'm trying to install wampserver on my pc but I get the following error message
"The application failed to start correctly (0xc000007b)".
The computer has Windows 7 for 64-bit platform. At the moment I can not see
anything from the option phpadmin or localhost.
I appreciate the help

i am having the same problem ( check in windows updates Microsoft visual basics C++ updates are done)
some time that cause problem
