Front page "Download" (Wampserver)

Clicked the image for a particular version of Wampserver, a white box appeared saying to download Microsoft Visual and a few other warnings, I was instructed to fill out "this form" to receive emails (I'm assuming) or I could download directly. I downloaded directly because there did not appear to be any other option.
