WAMP will not start, missing assembly

I am trying to install WAMP on my Windows 2008 R2 server and am getting the following error...

Activation context generation failed for "f:\wamp\bin\php\php5.4.3\php-win.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC90.CRT,processorArchitecture="amd64",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.21022.8" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

When I look in my winsxs folder, I do find a Microsoft.vc90.crt file, but it is a higher version number.

I have installed both the 32 and 64 bit versions of the Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package, and tried a couple of different WAMPSERVER downloads to see if that would help, but no luck so far.

wampserver2.2e-php5.4.3-httpd2.2.22-mysql5.5.24-32b
wampserver2.2e-php5.4.3-httpd-2.4.2-mysql5.5.24-x64

Is there anyway for me to get the correct version of this assembly or is there a WAMPSERVER download calling for a newer version?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

thanks
terri

I am trying to install the 64Bit version of WAMP. Sorry not to have mentioned that.
