Strict standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference

I am getting so frustrated. I liked the older version where you wouldn't get any ERRORS. This new version gets into your nerves!

I have been trying to work this out for the past 3 hours and I Can't figure out what the hell is wrong.

I keep getting this error that IC an't get rid of.

Your code is not good.

If you upgrade, expect ye standard of code to increase, you using the same old code.

Fix the code, Use the old version, or turn off all error reporting

if you turn off errors, you cant get the error...
