WampServer

Hi I hope someone can help me please, I have installed wampserver with the runtimes that are needed and the orange icon will not turn green there is nothing taken up any ports and no error logs can anyone heklp me please thanks

First work out which service has not started.

left click wampmanager->Apache->Service ( if the green Start Service is available its Apache )
left click wampmanager->MYSQL->Service ( if the green Start Service is available its MYSQL )


Then look at the Windows Event Log

Start -> Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer
And look in the 'Windows Logs' -> Application' section accessed from the menu on the left of the dialog for error messages from either Apache and or MySQL.
