Windows 10 upgrade causing problem for launching localhost

After upgrading to windows 10, when I try to go to localhost, it is giving message.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server

Am I missing any config post upgrade ?

Appreciate your help.

Don't worry.. got it solved.. it was my stupidity... Had not put the server online.. :-)

You dont actually need to Put Online unless you are trying to access Apache from outside the PC running WAMPServer.
