After changing PHP version - can't connect to database, phpmyadmin shows blank page

Hello, I have big problem. I installed wamp server with PHP 5.4, but one of my project won't work with this version. I downloaded PHP 5.3.1 addon installed it. Then I can't connect to any database, can't login to phpmyadmin. But if I change PHP version to 5.4 then everything is working...
Port 80 is free.

Windows 8 Pro x86.

U must change to use an apache addon too.

Vc6 and vc9 aren't mixable
