WampServer

I am super stumped here because this isn't making any sense to me.


My wamp server goes through my belkin router that goes to my site.(I can get on the site though no one else can. I can get on that site from any other computer connected to that network, but when I try a computer that isn't it won't connect.)It says its online the server and the page displays and works perfectly fine.

I have switched my wamp server on my new computer which started this. Which I figured I had to reset everything. I tested the port on my computer with the wamp apache tester it says its using the port.


Details
1.Windows firewall is offline
2.Port 80 (virtual server) is hooked to my wamp server(again belkin router don't know if that matters)
3.Dyndns is connected to wamp which connects to my other site


Site: [seaoffaces.us] (which connected to my dyndns server)




Any ideas why this is happen and how could I fix it?
