Not port 80 issue, not host file either. Any more insight?

Whats the colour of your Wamp Manager Icon?

Look at apache_error.log !
Look at php_error.log !
Look at Windows Events for errors relating to apache. !


Get back with some more info regarding your actual problem.

the colour of wamp manager icon is orange.

I have also reset the port to be 8080.

All error logs are empty.

Thanks so much for assistanting on troubleshooting. Let me know if there's any other information I can gather.

problem is resolved, apache was not starting because the wrong version of vcredist was being downloaded. Again, thank you so much on helping me out Steven!
