Wamp server not working on windows xp

hi.. its just my firstime installing wamp server on windows xp

and my errors is.. the icon on system tray is not turning to color green its stay on color yellow icon

and localhost in web browser is not working..

i dont have skype and disabled IIS already..

please help..

Run the wampmanager -> Apache -> Service -> Test Port 80

Just to eliminate anything else that may have grabbed port 80.
