wampmanager.exe - two users - I dont want to ask for password

Windows 7
Two user - Admin (all rights) and User (with limited rights).
When run in User - wampmanager.exe - ask for Admin password.
How set up that in User not ask for Admin password?

Set that user as an Admin.

Or set up the services to run
On startup using the admin account.


This is not a wamp issue - this is basic windows administration
