Error after upgrading

Hello
I updated my Wamp version 2.1 to version 2.2 yesterday. But since then, my phpmyadmin and webgrind stopped working.
Everytime I try to access the page, gives 403 error.
I've searched on site about this error, and done what was requested (check out the phpmyadmin.conf the mysql.ini, etc.) and nothing worked.
Does anyone know what might be happening?
I can normally browse through all pages, but can not open the phpmyadmin in order to save the database server and migrate to online.
