Need to import MYSQL Raw files to form database

Hi,

I just did the stupidest thing... formatted my system without taking the SQL dump from phpmyadmin ... just took a backup of the wamp folder. Now i'm stuck with raw .frm files in the mysql bin directory and none of the websites that i was working on would open up. Does anyone know how to import or rebuild a database using the .frm files ? I would really appreciate your help ... any help at all...

Wamp server 2.0 with mysql 5.16 i suppose or 5.3.5 ... cant remember which one .. but it was definitely wamp 2.0

No for MySQL. Is it a innodb or myisam Db?

Sure we can try that... but the only thing is the time difference. .. I'm in India and so GMT + 5:30 is when I'm in the office. 10am to 6 pm that is

Hey its fixed :-) ...

I used the tutorial given in this link

Turns out the MYSQL version was 5.5.8
