How do I enable my wamp/php/mysql to work with Thai characters and codes.?

I had some problems with Arabic language before... then I descovered it was from PHP5 as it communicate with mysql using UTF-8 only and not normal ASCII wich our files still use ( and will use for along time till Hosters move to PHP5 )..

So I installed PHP4 addon and every thing went all right smiling smiley

just give it a try you'll not loose any thing brother winking smiley
